Several members of the community have reported receiving multiple weather alerts at one instance, weather alerts from various other location(s) across the State of Alabama, repetitive weather alerts, and/or, unfortunately, no weather alerts at all!

Unfortunately, this is due to "CodeRed" being purchased by another company and user accounts being transferred/integrated to the new company platform. Our agency is currently working with this new vendor to correct the redundancy issues and restore the alerts to the prior expectations of our community. Please be patient in the rectification of these issues, and we are sorry for the inconvenience.

**Update 9:42am: All Roads are back open at this time**

🚧🚧 Please use caution this morning when commuting to work and school. There are multiple trees down throughout the county! County Road and Bridge crews and ALDOT crews are out trying to clear the roads. At this time we have more trees down than deputies can cover so use extreme caution traveling in the rain 🚧🚧

From ALDOT:

Portion of State Highway 134 West in Henry County closed Monday for repairs

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Alabama Department of Transportation will close a portion of State Highway 134 West in Henry County at the Dale County line to replace a damaged pipe.

The closure will begin at approximately 7 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 16, and should reopen by 6 p.m., weather permitting.

Travelers should seek alternate routes and plan accordingly for delays.
