Please join us in congratulating Letti from our Respiratory Department for being selected as the August IMPACT Award Recipient!

Letti was nominated for her outstanding demonstration of Teamwork and Ownership. She has repeatedly stepped outside of her normal responsibilities to serve as an interpreter when needed, ensuring our patients and their families feel heard, understood, and cared for.

She also showed incredible compassion when a pediatric patient needed to be transferred and the family did not have a car seat. Letti went above and beyond by providing a car seat from her own personal vehicle so the family could safely follow their child.

These moments are a true reflection of what it means to make an IMPACT — not because you have to, but because you care. Thank you, Letti, for your dedication to your team, your compassion for our patients, and the IMPACT you continue to make in our community! 🤍✨

Jeff Davis Hospital was proud to partner with Good Ground and Second Harvest today for a mobile food distribution serving families throughout our community.

Thank you to our incredible team members and community volunteers who gave their time to help unload, organize, and distribute food. By working together, we are helping address food insecurity and making a meaningful difference for our neighbors right here in Jeff Davis County.

We are grateful for partnerships that allow us to care for our community beyond the walls of the hospital!🤍
