Perry County Summer Games Youth Soccer Camp continues this week!

Tuesday, June 23
U6 Soccer Camp

Wednesday, June 24
Ages 7–9 Soccer Camp
6:00 PM

Thursday, June 25
Ages 10–12 Soccer Camp
6:00 PM

All camps will be held at Perry County Park and are free to attend. Our goal is to help young athletes learn basic soccer skills, stay active, and have fun in a positive environment.

We will have a few soccer balls available, but if your child has one, please bring it along.

We look forward to seeing everyone on the field!

PERRY COUNTY PARK TGI FRIDAY THIS WEEK!

The next TGI Friday of the season is this FRIDAY, JUNE 26. This is a free, fun family-friendly evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Perry County Park in Hazard. There will be kid-friendly activities and the county pool will be free for two hours. There will also be water inflatables--so make sure you bring the kids’ bathing suits and towels! The Perry County library will provide free snacks and some fun activities for the kiddos! Immediately following TGIF, at 8:00 p.m., there will be a free wrestling event, the AMW Showdown, in front of the log cabin stage inside the walking track!

TGI Fridays are hosted by the Perry County Fiscal Court and sponsored by the Perry County Public Library.

Monday we were honored to present Phillip with his Senior Kentucky Assessor certificate and Angie with her Certified Kentucky Assessor certificate. "Certified Kentucky Assessor" or CKA designation. Minimum requirements include 120 hours of classroom instruction offered by the Office of Property Valuation, passage of subject matter examinations and three years of experience in Kentucky property tax administration as a PVA, Deputy PVA or Office of Property Valuation employee. "Senior Kentucky Assessor" or SKA designation.
Minimum requirements include a CKA designation plus 90 additional hours of education offered by the Office of Property Valuation and two additional years of experience in Kentucky property tax as a PVA, Deputy PVA or Office of Property Valuation employee.

Due to an unforeseen scheduling conflict the Perry County KY Fiscal Court’s TGIF, in the Park event has been moved UP to NEXT Friday June 26th !

So we are coming back to you sooner than expected!

The TGIF Event is completely FREE to tye public.

It features :
💥 the swimming pool
💥 foam pit
💥 put put golf
💥 the Perry County Public Library will be doing activities as well

All FREE to the public starting at 7pm

AMW SHOWDOWN starts at 8pm!
