Through partnerships with state and community programs the Office for Children with Special Health Care Needs (OCSHCN) helps prepare children for the future. The Kentucky Early Intervention System (KEIS) partners with OCSHCN to provide interventional services to families of children with developmental delays from birth to age 3.
