Monday we were honored to present Phillip with his Senior Kentucky Assessor certificate and Angie with her Certified Kentucky Assessor certificate. "Certified Kentucky Assessor" or CKA designation. Minimum requirements include 120 hours of classroom instruction offered by the Office of Property Valuation, passage of subject matter examinations and three years of experience in Kentucky property tax administration as a PVA, Deputy PVA or Office of Property Valuation employee. "Senior Kentucky Assessor" or SKA designation.
Minimum requirements include a CKA designation plus 90 additional hours of education offered by the Office of Property Valuation and two additional years of experience in Kentucky property tax as a PVA, Deputy PVA or Office of Property Valuation employee.

Help us in congratulating Lindsey, Angie and Phillip. These three have recently taken and passed courses that will help us in serving our community with topnotch, knowledgeable service. Phillip and Angie both took and passed IAAO 102: Income Approach to Valuation. Lindsey took and passed Kentucky 10: Kentucky Property Tax System. To add to that, Angie is now awarded her Certified Kentucky Assessor designation and Phillip has now been awarded his Senior Kentucky Assessor designation. These are huge achievements in which they should be proud of and recognized. Thank you to all of our amazing staff for the great work you do each day.
