Just look at this gorgeous girl! 😭 Loba is a 2½-year-old Doberman Pinscher with those classic black-and-tan markings, the sweetest face, and some seriously impressive ears. 🥹

Loba has been waiting at Hayward Animal Services since August 17, and we’d love to help get more eyes on her so she can find the family she’s been waiting for. 🏡💕

At 2½, she’s past the tiny puppy stage but still a young girl with so much life ahead of her. Dobermans are known for forming incredibly strong bonds with their people, and Loba deserves the chance to have people of her very own.

Meet ROXY (A140146) — an approximately 8-month-old Labrador Retriever/Cane Corso mix currently waiting at Hayward Animal Services.

And before anyone says anything…

YES, she may already be a big girl.

NO, that does not change the fact that she is BABY. 😂😭

At only 8 months old, Roxy is basically a teenager in a rapidly growing dog body. She still has so much growing, learning, exploring and loving ahead of her.

Roxy has been at the shelter since August 15, and this girl deserves to spend the rest of her puppyhood somewhere other than a kennel.

She should be learning the sound of her family’s car pulling into the driveway.

She should be figuring out which spot on the couch is hers.

She should have a favorite walking route, a favorite person, a ridiculous collection of toys and someone taking WAY too many pictures as she grows. 🥹

Because one day, that little 8-month-old face is going to belong to a beautiful grown-up dog…

…and somebody is going to get to say:

“I remember when you were just a baby.” 😭🖤

Roxy isn’t looking for perfection.

She’s looking for someone ready to give a young dog the time, love, guidance and commitment she needs to grow into the incredible dog she’s meant to be.

Loba is the perfect Doberman! She is intelligent, beautiful, and loves to form bonds with her people ❤️

She loves a calm, relaxed environment where she can just hangout. Belly rubs and regular walks fill up her cup! Even when she’s around other dogs, Loba likes them to be lowkey just like her.

🚨🐶 PUPPY ALERT. PUPPY ALERT. PUPPY ALERT. 🐶🚨

EVERYONE LOOK AT THE BABIES. 😭😭😭

Hayward Animal Services just welcomed a group of SEVEN-WEEK-OLD PUPPIES, and I genuinely don’t know how we’re supposed to behave normally about this.

Because LOOK. AT. THEM. 🥹

Tiny paws.
Spotted little noses.
Floppy ears.
Round puppy bellies.
Absolutely ZERO idea what’s going on. 😭

They’re 7-week-old Pit Bull Terrier puppies who arrived at Hayward Animal Services on September 5.

Why are you sitting there with your tiny paw raised like you’re politely requesting to speak with your future family?! 😭😭😭

These babies are at the very beginning of their lives. They have an entire lifetime of walks, toys, zoomies, training, couch naps, adventures, stolen socks, belly rubs and growing up ahead of them.

They just need families to grow up with. 🥹❤️

Puppies are adorable—but they’re also a commitment. Their future families should be ready for potty training, puppy classes, socialization, teething, exercise and all the wonderfully chaotic work that comes with raising a baby dog.

And in return?

You get to watch your tiny potato grow into your best friend. 🐶❤️

Everybody remain calm.

Truman (A139726) is looking for a home, and apparently his strategy for getting adopted is to be RIDICULOUSLY CUTE. 😭

Truman is a gorgeous 2-year-old Siberian Husky who started out a little reserved at the shelter… but once he realized the humans were there to love him?

Oh. It’s over.

This boy has BLOSSOMED. 🌸

When Truman sees someone coming over to say hello, he gets so excited that he does his own little “tap dance” on his toes while wiggling around waiting for attention. 😂

And if you use baby talk with him?

Truman isn’t asking you to throw a tennis ball 700 times.

He’d rather be with you.

Pet him. Talk to him. Take him on a nice walk where he can sniff everything. Let him lean against you. Tell him he’s handsome approximately 46 times a day.

That’s Truman’s love language. 🥹

And honestly, for a Husky, the fact that his hobbies apparently include peaceful walks and cuddling instead of plotting an elaborate escape from Alcatraz feels noteworthy. 😂

Truman is looking for an adult-only home where he can continue being the affectionate, goofy, people-loving boy he’s become.

He’s been waiting since June 28, 2026.

Right now Truman is in a foster home, which is wonderful — but foster isn’t forever.

Somewhere out there is a person who needs a fluffy white shadow following them around the house.

And somewhere out there is a couch with a Truman-shaped vacancy. 🤍

Meet BRUCE (A139537). 😂💙

Bruce is about 9 months old, which means he is currently in that very special stage of puppyhood where his body says:

“I AM A BIG DOG.”

…but his brain says:

“WHAT IF I RAN REALLY FAST FOR NO REASON???”

Bruce is a handsome black-and-white pittie puppy who’s playful, energetic, goofy, and still figuring out this whole being a civilized member of society thing. 😂

Basically, Bruce is a big baby with a LOT of personality.
