CASA of the High Plains, Inc.

CASA of the High Plains, Inc. CASA of the High Plains, Inc. is a non-profit organization who, through CASA Volunteers, acts as a cout apointed special advocate for children.

CASA stands for Court Appointed Special Advocates. Judges appoint CASA volunteers to represent the best interests of children who have been removed from their homes due to abuse or neglect.
