The Hawk Point Police Department wants to take a moment as we recognize and congratulate Sergeant Tyler Czarnowsky on his retirement from law enforcement.

Sergeant Czarnowsky dedicated his life to serving others. Before entering civilian law enforcement, he spent 7 years serving our country in the United States military as a Military Police officer. After completing his military service, he continued answering the call to serve his community.
Tyler began his law enforcement career in North Dakota, where he served for 1 year as a police officer. He later brought his experience to Missouri, serving 3 years with the Warrenton Police Department before spending the last 5 years with the Hawk Point Police Department.

Throughout his career, Sgt Czarnowsky demonstrated professionalism, dedication, and a commitment to protecting the communities he served. His years of service—both in the military and in law enforcement—reflect a life dedicated to public service. Sgt Czarnowsky is still continuing his dedication to serve the public outside of law enforcement, as he is furthering is future helping people who suffer from mental health and crisis problems.

On behalf of the Hawk Point Police Department and the community, we thank Sgt Czarnowsky for his sacrifice, his hard work, and his unwavering commitment to keeping others safe.
