📣📣 ATTENTION 📣📣

Haw River Town Hall parking lot will be closed to the public starting tomorrow July 29, 2026, for renovations to the parking lot. The parking lot is in the process of being repaved.

The parking lot is expected to be closed for the next two weeks as the parking lot is being paved with heavy duty asphalt (to accommodate the Fire Departments Apparatus / Vehicles.

Parking in front of the Police Department is permitted, when space allows.

The offices will remain open during this time for business.

HRFD C-Shift Engine 41, Battalion 4, Chief 4 as well as Graham Truck 10 and Engine 10 met today for some ladder truck operation and familiarization and throwing ground ladders! Despite the heat, our firefighters are proud to work together and train together to be better for the public!

- Leave fireworks to the professionals.
- Keep a bucket of water or a hose nearby.
- Never leave grills unattended.
- Don’t drink and drive. Plan for a safe ride home.
- If you see smoke or fire that is out of control, call 911 immediately.
