🚲 The 2026 Havre Community Bike Rodeo is a free community event geared towards helping kids develop bike safety skills! Kids will prepare for the ride, learn to identify common hazards in our area, and practice what they’ve learned on the skills and drills course. We’ll wrap up the morning with a group ride bike parade!

Today, we want to take a moment to celebrate and thank an incredible leader, advocate, and champion of our community.

As she concludes her service on the United Way Board of Directors and enters a new season of life, we are filled with gratitude for the dedication, commitment, and passion she has brought to our organization over the years. Her leadership has helped strengthen our mission, advance our impact, and inspire those around her to give back and make a difference.

Board service is often done behind the scenes, but the time, energy, and heart she has invested have left a lasting mark on United Way and the communities we serve. We are better because of her service. ❤️

While we will miss her presence around the board table, we are excited for all that lies ahead and wish her many blessings, joy, and success in this next chapter.

And don’t worry, you just might still spot her at our famous Annual Crab Boil. 😉🦀

🍩 Happy National Donut Day! 🍩

Did you know National Donut Day was created by The Salvation Army in 1938 to honor the women volunteers who served fresh donuts to soldiers on the front lines during World War I? These “Donut Lassies” provided not only a sweet treat, but also comfort, hope, and a reminder of home during difficult times.

Today, we celebrate the simple donut and the powerful legacy of compassion, service, and care that it represents.

Thank you to our local Salvation Army for continuing that mission of helping neighbors in need and serving our community with heart.

Enjoy a donut today and take a moment to appreciate the impact of those who continue to serve others every day.
