ATTENTION: Residents

The FRIDAY Trash Collection Route has been postponed to MONDAY, Jan. 22, 2024.
As a result, NO Yard Waste will be collected next week.

This change will make it possible for City Crews to Plow the Snow Emergency Routes, main roadways in developments and courts.

Recycling and Trash Collection CAUTION for Wednesday, January 10, 2024 - (and throughout this winter season)
PLEASE CONSIDER:
1. NOT PLACING RECYCLING OUT. The predicted high winds may cause a mess which we all hope to avoid. The recycling truck will be here for the Wednesday Route, but will not chase after any recyclables that have blown around the neighborhood.
Please consider holding back your recyclables until next week.
2. NO LOOSE BAGS of TRASH - Please make sure your Trash Can is Secure With a Lid. All trash must be in a can - with a lid - this is City Code.

Attention: this is an important message regarding the
800 block of Erie Street in Havre de Grace.
The Public Works Department is onsite to repair the sewer line.
While this work is being done today, December 19, 2023, LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY will have access.
There will be NO EXIT from RT. 40 onto this One-Way street.
This sewer repair will begin at 9am and should be completed by 3pm.

Please call City Hall at 410-939-1800 should you have any questions.
We apologize for this temporary inconvenience.
