In honor of Veterans Day the Small Business Administration, SBA, will host a face to face franchisors event to introduce Veterans to business ownership and the special programs available just to them.

Get Face to Face with Franchisors is a Veterans Business Workshop with the US Small Business Administration slated for Friday, November 10, from 8 a.m. to noon. Chef Susan Muldoon of the Vandiver Inn (301 S. Union Ave.) and Chef Kristina Sciarro of Laurrapin (209 N. Washington St.) Havre de Grace showed off delicious options at the B&O Railroad Museum in Baltimore, Monday, October 2, during the Farm to Chef Event. Proceeds from this annual fundraiser benefit TasteWise Kids, a 501c3 dedicated to inspiring kids to explore and experience the world of food and sources. During the 2016-17 school year more than 3,300 students from Baltimore City, Baltimore, Harford and Howard Counties participate in the Days of Taste Program.
