At Manoa Nursery School, we seek to bridge the gap between home and a more formal education by promoting a love for school and learning. To help your child develop a feeling of self-worth and confidence in his or her ability, we provide a nurturing, non-pressured, flexible and orderly environment. Each day is filled with Bible stories, music, crafts,
seasonal topics, games, learning centers, snac

k and free time. Specific areas of concentration are socialization,
early literacy and math, and the development of
large and small motor skills. We provide many special opportunities throughout the year for enrichment and for children to share with their families and friend what they are learning:

It was a great time exploring, meeting the animals, and making sweet memories together. There were so many smiles, laughs, and little moments of wonder throughout the day!

🐛 It has been such a beautiful few weeks watching our caterpillars develop. It is a remarkable symbol of the opportunities for transformation, hope, and growth in our lives. I am reminded of new mercies and restoration when I see the butterfly emerge out of its dark cocoon and into its life of freedom as it flies away!

Thank you to the HENNESSY FAMILY for donating all of our class’s kits! You blessed our students tremendously these last few weeks. We are so grateful for the support of our ALL of our Manoa families!

🐛Manoa’s Outdoor Classroom hosts a sensory experience in nature for early learners.

🎶 Listening to the birds, observing the life cycle of the butterfly, planting spring flowers, and exploring in the mud kitchen are all examples of how students can learn and grow from what is naturally provided to us 🦋

Manoa is committed to a screen-free education, and emphasizes development through sensory experiences!

Manoa continues to serve families through our Christian Education program! We are so thankful to our families and community for reciprocating the support! We look forward to doing it again for many years to come.
