Summer Camp adventures are in full swing! ☀️😎

Our City of Havelock Parks & Recreation campers have been having an amazing time exploring, learning, and making memories all across the area! From getting a behind-the-scenes look at the Havelock Police Department 🚔 and visiting Havelock High School 🏫 to making a splash at the New Bern Aquatic Center 💦 and bouncing into fun at Jacksonville's Amplitude Trampoline Park 🤸‍♂️, every day has been packed with excitement!

A big thank you to all of our community partners for helping make this summer one to remember. We can't wait to see where the next adventure takes us!

Havelock Fire-Rescue is hosting the American Red Cross Babysitter’s Course for youth ages 11–16 — a great opportunity to build confidence, learn safety skills, and prepare for real-world responsibility!

🧸 Participants will learn how to:
✅ Care for children safely
✅ Respond to emergencies
✅ Perform basic first aid
✅ Make smart, confident decisions
