Good luck to everyone running in the ING New York City Marathon today, especially Sharen Duke of the AIDS Service Center NYC, who is running to raise money and awareness about an exercise program for ASC clients with HIV/AIDS.

Running helps me create balance in my life. Running helps me recharge. And running is a beautiful metaphor for the work I do: Offering holistic services that help people living with HIV/AIDS to strive for well-being, stability, and health.
