The Hatfield Public Library plant swap is today from 10:30–12:30! It's rainy and windy, so please come find us inside.

Plants are free, first come, first served. All are welcome even if you don’t have plants to donate — if you see something you like, please take it home 🌱

Any unclaimed plants will be composted.

Getting ready for tomorrow's plant swap! If you have plants you'd like to donate early you can drop them off at the library today (Friday, 5/29) between 1–7pm.

Bring any extra seedlings or house plants you're ready to rehome and take home something new! Please label all plant donations. Plants are free, first come, first served. All are welcome even if you don’t have plants to donate — if you see something you like, please take it home 🌱

Weather permitting, we'll be out in front of the library. If it's rainy (or too windy), come find us inside.

A fun way to get to know the bookstores in the Valley!

📣 The Pioneer Valley Bookstore Crawl is BACK for a 2nd year and even bigger than before! 3 months, 16 bookstores, and a grand prize of $800 in gift cards!

HOW IT WORKS
📚 June 1st - August 31st, visit 10+ bookstores to be entered into the Grand Prize drawing to win $800 in bookstore gift cards (one winner)
📚 Visit 4+ bookstores to be entered into a prize drawing to win a $25 gift card - or equivalent prize - to one of the stores on the crawl (16 winners)
📚 Each additional bookstore you visit is another entry into the drawing! (The more bookstores you visit, the greater your chances of winning.)
🏆 The winners will be announced on Tuesday, September 15th.

Coming soon! Author Steve V Cormier presents a history of trolleys in the area, as detailed in his book Good Golly, Missed Trolly. Join us May 27 at 6pm at the library. Thanks to the Cultural Council for sponsoring this program 😊🚎

is on break until the fall, but the scavenger hunt runs all summer! Today Luna gave us an extra challenge — if you find the right spot to stand on, you can see all 8 Pokémon (though you might have to bend down or turn around)!
