It shall be unlawful for any person to place or erect, either temporarily or permanently, any sign upon any street, alley, public parking lot, public right-of-way, or other real estate owned by the City of Hastings, unless such person shall have first been authorized to do so by the Hastings City Council or as provided by Section 34-309.01 as pertains to political signs.

41-104. Registration required for sexually oriented business.
(1) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or maintain a sexually oriented business in the City unless the owner, operator or lessee thereof has obtained a sexually oriented business registration from the City, or to operate such business after such registration has been revoked or suspended by the City.

These types of unlawful actions are not limited to Iowa but are also visible in Nebraska.
Stating your opinion in a public place, forum or simply by publishing the same on Facebook would be enough and it will unleash a whole types of repercussions against the individuals.

Believe or not but Vice-president Joe Biden (waiting on) decision to run for the US presidency, will be critical in the next 6 months and a very trick step in Hillary Clinton campaign. Unstable very difficult step to avoid if Vice Joe Biden decides to run and of course may doom Mrs. Clinton hopes for the US presidency.
