Diversion of South Central Nebraska Providing youth with an opportunity for accountability and competency development while promoting safety in the community.

Adams County Diversion is designed to provide both youth and adult offenders with the opportunity to:

*Acknowledge and accept responsibility for his or her actions
*Develop pro-social attitudes and behaviors
*Understand how their decisions impact their lives, family and community
*Reduce his or her likelihood of re-offending and starting a formal legal record


Diversion services

are designed to help individuals become healthier, happier, more productive members of society while lessening the burden on local law enforcement and County Attorneys.
