Daylight Savings Time begins this Sunday morning, March 11 at 2 a.m.! A friendly reminder from the Hastings Volunteer Fire Department to change the batteries in your smoke/carbon monoxide detectors as you Spring Forward tonight. Please contact Fire Inspector Jim Drumm at 478-2707 or Fire Chief James Sarfaty at 478-1322 if you need assistance or have questions regarding home fire safety.

Registration has begun for T-Ball 2012! Register online at http://www.hastingsrecreation.org or in-person at the James Harmon Community Center. Attention K-2 Basketball parents: Due to the PTSA book fair, there will be no basketball this Saturday, March 3. Two sessions have been added: March 10 and March 17. The awards ceremony will be held on March 17. If you have any questions, please call the office at 478-2380.
