✨This week at Texas 4-H Round Up, Ellie Harris retired as the State Council Public Relations Officer. She has done a fantastic job representing Haskell County, District 3, and Texas 4-H this past year!✨

Ellie has also received 2nd place with her educational presentation and will be advancing to the national contest held in January!

We are proud to have Haskell 4-H members serving as Livestock Ambassadors for Texas Youth Livestock and Agriculture 🍀🤩

Charlie Tusa has been selected to attend a summer short course, where upon completion of assignments and exam he will officially be considered a 4-H Livestock Ambassador.

Georgia Tusa is a returning ambassador who have been selected for the Agribusiness Academy as well as the Pacific Agricultural Experience!

Over the past month, we’ve had many different representatives from Texas Parks and Wildlife take time to teach our 4-H members about wildlife, fishing, and proper management. They had a great time learning and participating in all the different hands on activities! 🍀🎣🦌 Thank you TPWD!

To conclude our wildlife and fishing series, we will be hiking at Copper Breaks State Park. Any 4-H member is welcome to join.

Please bring a packed lunch. We will have a cooler, snacks, and extra water. Entrance into the park will be covered for 4-H members only. We will leave Haskell at 8am. If you have any questions, please contact our office.
