We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Harvey native, actor, and legendary comedian Tom Dreesen. Tom’s journey from the Southland to national stages is a true testament to hard work, resilience, and undeniable talent.
From his groundbreaking stand-up career to traveling the world alongside Frank Sinatra, Tom brought laughter, joy, and pride to so many—especially to those who knew him as one of our own. He never forgot where he came from, and Harvey was always part of his story.
Today, we honor not just his incredible career, but the legacy he leaves behind as a trailblazer, storyteller, and hometown hero.
Rest in peace, Tom Dreesen. Thank you for the laughter and the memories. 💙
