What’s in a Newborns in Need - Care-package?
It’s more than just a pack of diapers and a sleeper.
More than a few essentials, a handmade quilt, or a sweet note tucked inside a blue bag.
It’s carefully chosen items.
It’s hours of volunteering, ordering, and gathering what’s needed. It’s praying over every single package - that’s been wrapped with love, intention, and deep gratitude.

A little behind the scenes from a very busy, but incredibly fulfilling day yesterday ❤️

We had 8 amazing volunteers dedicate over half their day to preparing Newborns in Need care packages—and together, we were able to fulfill over 50 orders for babies across Southwest Missouri.

Each package is made with so much love & care, and it’s truly something special to be a small part of helping these newborns and their families.

We know not everyone can meet us on Tuesday mornings—and that’s okay 🤍 There are still so many meaningful ways you can support Newborns in Need and help us care for the tiniest members of our community.

Here are a few simple ways to get involved:

✨ Host a diaper or sleeper drive
Ask your local school, church, workplace, or sports team to collect items—we’re always in need of diapers, wipes, and baby sleepers.

✨ Spread the word
Share our page, invite your friends to follow, or repost what we’re doing. Awareness makes a bigger impact than you might think!

✨ Make it a family project
Have your kids or grandkids help pick out items to donate or decorate donation boxes—it’s a great way to teach giving back.

✨ Partner with us
Own a business or part of a group? We’d love to collaborate on a collection box or community drive.

✨ Donate when you can
Even small contributions add up and go directly toward helping local babies in need.

✨ Be a connector
Know someone who loves to organize, serve, or give? Tag them or bring them alongside you!

Every little bit helps—and it all adds up to something big for families who need it most 🤍

It truly takes a village. 💛 Every diaper donated helps a family in our community care for their little one. Whether you give, sew, or spread the word, you’re making a difference for babies in need. 👶

CoxHealth's 13th annual Diaper Drive starts tomorrow and runs the whole month of April. 💛

Join our mission to support families in our area with a donation of any size of disposable or cloth diapers. 🚼

We can accept OPEN packages as your little one outgrows a size.
