Launch Two 🚀 Goggles on. Rockets ready. STEM mode: ACTIVATED! 🥽
Today, our scientists and engineers used simple materials to launch some seriously fun little rockets—and turned every flight into a learning opportunity!
Students timed each rocket’s journey, compared results, and used their data to explore the big ideas behind force and motion. They weren’t just watching rockets fly… they were asking questions, making predictions, collecting evidence, and discovering what makes things MOVE!
Who knew a few simple materials, some safety goggles, and a little curiosity could create such high-flying learning? 🚀✨

We will never forget.

At 8:46 today our school observed a moment of silence, signifying our remembrance of the time the first tower was struck. Though our students weren’t alive to experience this day, the adults will always remember the day that changed our nation. Our reflected on the legacy of first responders, families who lost loved ones, and survivors.

In Mrs. Masoud’s 2nd grade classroom Pap, Mr. Jackie Ponder, Soren’s granddad, visited to teach about Alaska and Hawaii! They learned about some human features, physical features, and natural resources of both places! They learned that all of the plants and animals of Hawaii were all imported there, even the sand on the beaches!
