Strong fathers help build strong families! 💙

Our Jacquelyn James Slayton Head Start dads recently came together to learn, connect, and strengthen their involvement in their children’s education. From meaningful discussions to hands-on activities, these fathers showed that being present, engaged, and willing to grow can make a lasting difference in a child’s life.

Thank you to every dad and father figure who showed up and participated. Your leadership begins at home, and your involvement matters more than you know!

Mr. Elijah Enoch, Head of Fatherhood Initiative Leader
Mr. Albert Wingate, Supporting Staff

Not by the hair of our chinny-chin-chins!

Mrs. Pendergrass & Mrs. Mitchell's Class

Our little builders put The Three Little Pigs to the test! From story time and classroom conversations to building houses of their own, the children explored which structures could stand strong against the Big Bad Wolf.

There were big smiles, creative ideas, busy hands, and plenty of learning disguised as fun. Who knew huffing, puffing, and building could teach so much?
