Attention All Utility District Customers:

There has been a main water line break on Highway 25E around the nursing home. Field techs are working rapidly to resolve this line issue, but in the meantime you may experience temporary loss of water service and low pressure. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we are restoring service.

Attention all Utility District Customers:

As many of your are aware, or have already called to report, the water in the majority of the County is cloudy, and has a lot of air in your line. This is the result of problems with the pumps at the Water Plant creating an abundance of air in the lines. The water is safe, and not contaminated. Crews are working rapidly to resolve this issue and we appreciate your patience while they continue to resolve this problem. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Due to the severe flooding in our County, we obviously have customers experiencing service outages and water breaks throughout the area. We are aware of major problems within the Templow Road and Snake Hollow areas that have washed out customer service lines. Please contact our department to report any service issues. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone impacted.

Attention District Customers: There is a water main leak on Highway 141 North. This is impacting customers around the Harris Branch / 141N intersection and beyond. All field techs are working rapidly to return full service to all customers as soon as possible. We apologize for inconvenience, and thanks so much for your patience. Attention District Customers: The water line on East Main has been repaired and service has been restored to all areas. If your water appears "cloudy" or seems to have air in your line, allow your water to run until clear. Please contact our office at 615/374-3484 if you have any questions. Attention Hartsville Utility District Customers: There is a water service line outage affecting the following areas: Storey Town, Gammons Lane, Harris Branch, New Harmony, and those immediate surrounding areas. We apologize for this inconvenience and field technicians have been working rapidly to repair this issue and will have service restored as soon as possible.

ATTENTION HARTSVILLE WATER DEPT CUSTOMERS: There is a major water break in the Dalton Hollow area! This break is causing service problems in surrounding areas such as Harris Branch Rd., Crenshaw Lane, Rolling Acres and possibly the Halltown area. They are working rapidly to restore and repair the water line in this area. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Attention Utility District Customers in the 141 Construction Area: Please be aware that as TDOT is ramping up in the construction process, you may begin to experience some temporary disruptions of water service. We apologize for this inconvenience and will be working with them very closely as water lines are being are getting to be relocated. Again, thank you for your cooperation during this construction process.

Attention Hartsville Utility District Customers: Water service has now been restored to the Lick Creek Road / Cato Community Customers. We apologize for the service outage. Following any major water line repair, our customers may experience some air in their lines at their homes. When this occurs, please allow your water to run for enough time to allow the air to "bleed" through your line. You can contact our office tomorrow or anytime this week to let us know you have had to do this and we can make a note on your account to check for any overages on your normal water usage. Again, we appreciate your patience today while today while our field technicians worked to repair this major water break. Our office number is 374-3484. Thanks again!
