Caregiver for Elderly
We are looking to add experienced and compassionate Caregivers, who understand the importance of meeting the needs of our residents, to our team. We currently have openings for midnight shift and day shift in our Hartland home. The hours for midnight shift are 7:30pm-7:30am, day shift is 7:30am-7:30pm. We are looking for committed and dependable individuals who have good communication skills and are able to problem solve on the spot. We provide 24-hour awake staff to ensure resident needs are met promptly, and to uphold our mission to provide high quality care.

Requirements Include:

-CPR Certification
-Must Pass Background Check/Fingerprinting
-Current Medical Clearance and TB Test

Job Responsibilities Include:

-Assisting residents with personal care, including dressing, mobility, administering medication, personal hygiene
-Meal & dessert prep
-Maintaining open communication with supervisor and manager regarding residents' medical and emotional condition
-Documenting and reporting any changes in resident health status
-Ensuring highest client safety and well-being
-Household Cleaning/ Following a scheduled cleaning list

The hours for midnight shift are 7:30pm-7:30am, day shift hours are 7:30am-7:30pm, and the 24-hour shifts are 7:30am-7:30am.
