Sometimes the people who seem the strongest are fighting battles no one can see.
We smile. We show up. We move mountains for everyone else
—while quietly carrying pain that is breaking us inside.
How do we miss the pain of those we love?
Maybe we’ve gotten so used to their strength that we forgot to check on their heart.

Lord, help us truly see each other.

I say this because I’ve been there.
I used to spend my days serving youth, women, and families
—then go home and cry myself to sleep.
I stopped eating. I hurt in body, mind, and spirit.
There were nights the pain was so heavy I didn't want to be here anymore.

But God had another plan.

He brought healing. He restored my purpose.
He taught me to use my voice, and today, I choose victory.
That’s why I can’t stay silent.
If you are struggling today, do not give up.
The same strength you give to everyone else?
Use it to fight for yourself.
Reach out.
Speak your truth.
Ask for help.
Take it one small step at a time.
You are not invisible. Your life has purpose.

A veces, las personas que parecen más fuertes están librando batallas que nadie puede ver.
Sonreímos. Nos hacemos presentes. Movemos montañas por los demás
—mientras cargamos en silencio un dolor que nos está rompiendo por dentro.

¿Cómo se nos pasa por alto el dolor de quienes amamos?
Quizás nos acostumbramos tanto a su fuerza que olvidamos preguntar por su corazón.
Señor, ayúdanos a vernos verdaderamente unos a otros.

Digo esto porque yo he estado ahí.
Solía pasar mis días sirviendo a jóvenes, mujeres y familias
—y luego llegaba a casa a llorar hasta dormirme.
Dejé de comer. Me dolía el cuerpo, la mente y el espíritu.
Hubo noches en que el dolor era tan pesado que ya no quería estar aquí.

Pero Dios tenía otro plan.

Él trajo sanidad.
Restauró mi propósito.
Me enseñó a usar mi voz y, hoy, elijo la victoria.
Por eso no puedo quedarme en silencio.

Si hoy estás luchando, no te rindas.
¿Esa misma fuerza que le das a todos los demás?
Úsala para luchar por ti.

Busca ayuda.
Di tu verdad.
Pide apoyo.
Avanza un pequeño paso a la vez.

No eres invisible.
Tu vida tiene propósito.
Yo importo.
Y TÚ también importas.
