The City of Hartford Police Department would like to introduce our new D.A.R.E. Officer Kolbach and Officer Albea have recently graduated D.A.R.E. Officer training and have begun teaching at the Elementary schools in the City. Officer Kolbach has been assigned to teach at Lincoln Elementary. Officer Albea has been assigned to teach at Rossman Elementary. program is not new to the Hartford Communit

y, our new DARE officers would like to begin reaching out to the community in new and exciting ways. We hope that this page will assist us in informing the community what is going on in D.A.R.E. class, as well as in the City. Please keep in mind that this page is not monitored 24/7.
