đź’™ Thank You to Our CASBHC Conference Sponsors! đź’™

CASBHC is incredibly grateful to the organizations stepping forward to support our 2026 Annual Conference: Where Health & Equity Unite on November 3, 2026.

A very special thank you to:

💜 Optimus Healthcare — FRIEND Sponsor
🥉 Moses-Weitzman Health System, Inc. — Bronze Sponsor
🥉 UCFS Healthcare — Bronze Sponsor

Your sponsorship is more than support for a conference—it is an investment in the professionals who care for Connecticut’s children and adolescents every day.

Because of partners like you, CASBHC can continue providing high-quality, affordable education, professional development, collaboration, and resources to strengthen school-based health centers across Connecticut.

We are proud to have you standing with us and supporting our mission:

Healthy Kids. Stronger Schools. Thriving Communities. A Brighter Future for Connecticut.

I wanted to share an opportunity for educators. CASBHC is excited to partner with Classroom WISE, to offer a series of training modules at no cost to educators. This is a self-guided, 6 module course that is full of resources and practical tools for those who spend so much time with our children. The modules are all online, and educators can complete them on their own schedule. Those that complete the modules, then submit their certificate of completion to us and will receive a $50 Amazon gift card.

It is my hope that you can push this out to your listserv. If we have more than 15 participants' completions, we can consider increasing our budget. But our goal is to have 15 educators complete the course by the end of October.

Thank you in advance.

Mel

Like so many nonprofits across Connecticut, CASBHC is feeling the impact of reduced funding from local, state, and federal sources. Yet the need for our work—and the work of school-based health centers—has never been more important.

Across Connecticut, 350 school-based health centers provide access to care for more than 220,000 children and youth. CASBHC is here to support the incredible professionals and teams who make that care possible every day.

But we need your help to continue doing it.

Your support helps CASBHC provide affordable continuing education, professional development, advocacy, resources, and opportunities for collaboration—giving school-based health professionals the tools and knowledge they need to provide the very best care for Connecticut's children.

These amazing teams show up for our kids every single day. Now we're asking you to show up for them. ❤️

Please consider making a donation, becoming a conference sponsor, or simply sharing our message. Every gift, at every level, makes a difference. Proceeds go directly to CASBHC, no middle person!

Together, we can help ensure that Connecticut's children continue to have access to the care and support they deserve—right where they are: in school.

Please Help Us Make the 2026 CASBHC Conference Possible

We are reaching out with a very sincere and urgent request for support.

The Connecticut Association of School Based Health Centers (CASBHC) is preparing for our 2026 Annual Conference, “Where Health & Equity Unite,” on November 3, 2026, at the Heritage Hotel and Conference Center in Southbury. This conference brings together the people who show up every day for Connecticut’s children and youth—school-based health center professionals, clinicians, behavioral health providers, educators, community partners, advocates, and leaders.

We need your help.

CASBHC is a small nonprofit with a very big mission, and the cost of bringing hundreds of professionals together for a high-quality statewide conference is significant. We are still in critical need of sponsorship funding, and we are asking organizations that believe in children, health, education, equity, and stronger communities to please consider standing with us.

Every sponsorship matters. Your support helps us keep registration affordable, provide meaningful education and professional development, bring together leaders from across Connecticut, and ensure that the professionals caring for our children have opportunities to learn, connect, collaborate, and return to their communities better equipped to serve.

If a traditional sponsorship level is beyond your organization's budget, please don't let that stop you from reaching out. We would be incredibly grateful to discuss a level of support that works for you. A contribution of any size can help us close the gap.

This is more than sponsoring a conference. It is an investment in the people who care for Connecticut's children every single day.

If your organization has ever asked, “How can we make a meaningful difference for children and families in Connecticut?” — this is one way.

Please consider sponsoring the 2026 CASBHC Conference. We truly need our partners and community to rally around us this year, and we would be deeply grateful to have your organization beside us.

Together, we can build healthier futures and stronger communities for every student.
