Join us for a series of classes called "FOOD AS HEALTH" at the Ohio County Extension Office. Each week will be focused on a different health topic and will be as follows:

* Tuesday, May 19 at 12:oo pm OR 5:30 pm "Food as Health for Heart Disease
* Tuesday, June 16 at 12:00pm or 5:30 pm "Food as Health for High Blood Pressure"
* Tuesday, July 21 at 12:00 pm or 5:30 pm "Food as Health for Diabetes"

Gather with Big Blue Book Club

Save the dates . . . the next Big Blue Book Club will be held on Thursdays, September 10-24 and the book is "The Art of Gathering: How We Meet and Why it Matters" by Priya Parker.

In Extension we meet all the time. This book explores how to make gatherings more productive and meaningful by focusing on purpose, design and participant experience. It challenges our routine ways of meeting and encourages thoughtful, engaging interactions that truly connect people.
