CHANGES FOR HC CHAMBER IN 2025
Hartford City, IN - The Hartford City Chamber of Commerce has officially announced Sirron Resource Partners will lead their media and outreach in the new year. Sirron owner, Tim Norris Jr. will join the chamber in 2025 as Director of Business Development.
Recent social media posts from Sirron hinted at a new client that would also be a new "strategic partner" for the Blackford Directory.
When asked exactly what that means, Norris explained "As I became better acquainted with the Chamber members through projects with the Blackford Directory, it progressed into more and more collaborations. We were pursuing many of the same goals in parallel, this partnership was the next natural progression for both of us".
He continued, "Because so many tools and resources have already been developed for the Blackford Directory, we can increase efficiency and help the Chamber meet their goals at a significant reduction in costs".
Ashley Laurence, Chamber President said "I'm so excited about this, and the future of the Hartford City Chamber of Commerce. This is going to be the best year ever”.
Max Richardson, Chamber Vice President also shared his optimism for the organization's future, stating "The Board of Directors at the Hartford City Chamber of Commerce is glad to see this partnership take full bloom. With his unique management experience over the last 25 years and skills he is ready to hit the ground running".
The Hartford City Chamber of Commerce has been without a Director since Madison Pimental left earlier this year. Madison has been at the helm since the restructuring of the Chamber. Laurence, Richardson, and Norris all praised Pimental for her contributions to the organization. Norris said "She has helped me from the start of the Directory. I don't think most people know how much collaboration there has really been between the Directory and the Chamber".
For now, the position of Director has been eliminated. Norris' company will report directly to the Chamber board, focusing on growth and helping to build tools for long-term stability. Moving from a full-time Director to a consultant is part of a larger progression of the Chamber that includes board members assuming more of the administrative and engagement activities.
Although Sirron Resource Partners doesn't begin this project until January 1st, 2025, Tim has access to the Chamber email, you can reach out to him at [email protected].
The Hartford City Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organization that has helped and encouraged small businesses in our community since 1953.
