Several people have inquired at HCPL regarding employment recently; while we do not have any paid positions at this time, it does looks like the Upland Public Library is seeking part-time help!

The Upland Public Library is seeking a part-time Library Assistant. The Library Assistant will work approximately 13 hours a week (TH: 11am - 6pm, W & F: 10am - 1pm) and Saturdays (9am -1pm) on scheduled rotation. Candidates should be positive, energetic, and flexible.

We had a great time at Storytime for Students this morning at Helen Lieber Early LearningAcademy! We read books about how great the library is (but not for elephants). For craft time, we colored our own bookmarks to take home!📚🐘😂

Explorer Storytime was all about dogs! We read a book about much we love dogs and one about a dog that seems to be a magnet for food. For craft time, we made our own puppies with a sandwich to pull up to it's mouth! 🐶🥪📚😁

We talked about cleaning up at Explorer Storytime! We read a book about how Mama Bear has enough of the mess and one where a girl's entire house walks away until she promises to clean. For craft time, we made our own little laundry baskets AND laundry to put in it!🧹🧺📚😁
