Military Spouse Appreciation Day 2026 is Friday, May 8, 2026, celebrated annually on the Friday before Mother's Day to honor the sacrifices and contributions of military spouses. It recognizes their role as the "backbone" of military families, supporting troops during deployments and reintegration.
