Go Vote! Win or loose today, Matthew Appreciates everyone’s support who has already voted for him in the early voting and for those who are planning to get out to the polls today.
He has worked very hard to get to this day, working a full time job and coming home every evening and weekend he’s off to campaign, he’s gotten out in the community and tried his best to speak with the citizens of Hart Co. to prove he is willing to put in the work for his community and to be here to listen to their concerns and needs.
He is glad to call Hardyville his home and he is so thankful for all the people he has gotten to meet along the way and who has supported him.

As Matthew’s wife, I’ve had the privilege of seeing firsthand the kind of man he is every single day — not just as a husband, but as a father, neighbor, and dedicated member of our Hart County community.

Matthew Gentry is the backbone of our family. He is a hardworking husband and proud father to Kayden (18), Conner (17), and Abigail (4). No matter how busy life gets, he always puts his family first, works tirelessly to provide for us, and goes above and beyond for the people he loves.

But Matthew’s commitment doesn’t stop at home.

For most of his life, he has proudly called the Hardyville community home. He has deep roots here, understands the needs of our people, and genuinely cares about the future of Hart County.

He volunteers his time every Friday night to help make Hart County Raiders football games special through the fireworks show. He invests in our youth by coaching Little League Baseball at Munfordville Sports Complex. He serves others without hesitation — when someone calls needing help, Matthew is often the very first person there.

He believes in faith, family, and community. He attends church on Sundays, leads by example, and lives the values that Hart County families hold dear.

Matthew isn’t running for Magistrate for recognition — he’s running because he truly believes he can make a positive difference for District 3 and help build a stronger future for our county.

He has spent his life serving this community, and I know he will serve Hart County with the same dedication, honesty, and heart that he gives to his family every day.
