Mercer County 4-H (KY) 4-H prepares young people to step up to the challenges in their community and the world.

Using research-based programming around positive youth development, 4-H youth get the hands-on real world experience they need to become leaders. Membership: Over 1200 youth involved in 4-H through school 4-H clubs (44 Clubs) and Specialty Clubs (16 Clubs).

Camp Orientation

Our 5-Day Camper Orientation will be Monday, June 8th.

Our 3rd thru 5th year (Note-Cloverbud camp does NOT count toward years for 5-Day) campers should arrive at 5:30 for orientation. If you are first timer or second year camper please come at 7:00 pm.

Meeting will be held at Mercer County Cooperative Extension Service, 1007 Lexington Road.

If you cannot come to orientation you will be able to stop by the Extension Office after June 9th and not any earlier.
Your will need to bring your final payment to this meeting, we will accept cash, card or check.

Great day of shooting at the Washington County 4-H Shooting Sports invitational.
Congrats to our you that represented Mercer, Lincoln and Boyle Counties. If you are interested in joining youth must be 9 years old as of January 1. The next practice is Archery on Tuesday, June 2 at the Boyle County Extension Office at 6:30 pm

Mercer County Cooperative Extension Service is delighted to welcome Dallas Hall as our new 4-H Program Assistant. Dallas has been diligently working on his position for just over a month now, and his enthusiasm and dedication are evident from the very first day.

Dallas is a proud Clark County 4-H Alumni and has had the privilege of serving on the North Central 4-H Camp Staff for the past two summers. His passion for the outdoors and his commitment to educating youth about Natural Resources and the environment are truly commendable.

In his free time, Dallas enjoys being outdoors, fishing, and hunting. He is also an avid Cincinnati Reds and Kentucky Wildcats fan.

We are thrilled to have Dallas join our Mercer County Extension Team and look forward to his contributions to our programs.
