From the Mayor's desk, in respect and Honor of Richard (Butch) Brewer, I order the Harrod Flags to be drawn to Half Mast as of Dawn, Thursday May 28 to Friday May 29 at dusk. Butch passed away Friday May 22nd. Prayers to his family and loved ones.
