Senior Citizen Real Estate Tax Credit NEW Enrollees:
Open enrollment started today (April 13th) and will go until July 2nd from 9am to 3pm in our office. You will need to bring your driver’s license with the matching address of your home AND a utility bill or voter registration card. If your home is in a Trust or LLC we must have that paperwork as well. Please ensure all items are with you to enroll so we can complete the process.

ATTENTION-OFFICE CLOSING

Our office will be closed on Thursday, January 1, 2026 in observance of New Year Holiday. We will be reopen on Friday, January 2, 2026.

OUR OFFICE WILL BE OPEN ON WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 31, 2025 FROM 8AM TO 4:30PM.

Taxpayers may utilize either one of our two drop boxes. One is located in the parking lot of the Mill-Walk Mall in Harrisonville. The second drop box is located inside the mall, near the entrance of the Collector's and Assessor's offices. In addition, casscountycollector.com, is available for online payments.

Today, December 15th, we are experiencing technical difficulties. With the power outage that happened yesterday in the Harrisonville area we are unable to look up information or take any payments.

By order of the County Commission, Cass County offices will be closed on Wednesday, December 24, 2025 and Thursday, December 25, 2025 in observance of Christmas.

Also, per the order of Governor Mike Kehoe will be also closed on Friday, December 26, 2025.
