Catahoula Parish Schools and Central Office will continue to be CLOSED for the remainder of this week. Yes, we know temperatures have warmed up. Yes, we know roads are starting to become passable. Yes, we know you miss us. Yes, we are also starting to talk to our houseplants. However, most of our staff and families continue to deal with power outages across the parish and have been without since this past Sunday. Hopefully service is restored across the district today or tomorrow. This closure will also reduce the amount of school-related traffic on the roads as lineman continue to work. We know this extended closure may create challenges for families. We want to share this message with you now so you can make appropriate arrangements.

We appreciate your continued support as we prioritize staff and student safety and well-being. We look forward to seeing everyone back on campuses on Tuesday, February 3rd at regular time!
