Today we celebrate an incredible milestone — 17 years of service from Bobby Pemberton.
For nearly two decades, Bobby has dedicated himself to caring for patients, serving our communities, and supporting the crews beside him. Throughout his time at Air Evac Lifeteam 40, he has impacted countless lives — not only through the patients he’s helped save, but through the clinicians he’s trained, mentored, and encouraged along the way.
With more than 1,700 safe patient flights, Bobby has helped provide critical access to emergency care for patients and communities when they needed it most. Behind every flight is a story, a family, a team effort, and a commitment to excellence that Bobby has demonstrated time and time again.
Bobby is more than an exceptional clinician. He is a leader people trust, a mentor people learn from, and a friend people can count on. His knowledge, calm presence, work ethic, and willingness to help others have left a lasting mark on this base and everyone fortunate enough to work beside him.
Seventeen years represents thousands of hours, countless calls, difficult moments, victories, lessons taught, and lives changed. We are incredibly grateful for Bobby’s dedication to this team, this profession, and the communities we serve.
Thank you, Bobby, for 17 years of service, leadership, and commitment to Air Evac Lifeteam 40.
