POSITION DESCRIPTION
ASSISTANT BATH HOUSE SUPERVISOR- LEVEL S3
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Under the supervision of Water Safety Supervisor/Assistant Water Safety Supervisors, work activities in this position primarily involves supervision and performance of routine Bathhouse tasks, varied clerical work, general cleanliness of facilities including overseeing completion of focused projects, direct communication with public and co-workers involving some degree of decision.
TYPICAL DUTIES: Employees in this classification shall perform one or more of the following:
ESSENTIAL:
Position requires candidates availability to comply with 40hr work weeks/weekends also requirement.
Communicate effectively with public, co workers, supervisors, and park management personal.
Allocate, receive, issue and maintain equipment
Complete reports including locker entry, lost child, incident, and requisition list.
Compile records.
Store material, supplies, and tools.
Delegate tasks and communicate clear concise instructions.
Supervise and train employees in duties such as; collecting fees, attending to restroom and bathhouse areas, operation and regulation of Sq**rt Zone area.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Possession of valid Michigan operator's license and acceptable driving record.
Ability to operate motor vehicle such club car or toll car.
Ability to distinguish letters and symbols.
Ability to operate office equipment such as computer, telephone, calculator and copier.
Ability to use various communications equipment such as radio, telephone.
Ability to stand, stoop, bend and move materials/supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.
Ability to perform essential duties.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of facility practices and procedures.
Knowledge of park and facilities within park.
Demonstrated ability to perform arithmetic calculations and tabulations.
Ability to maintain and keep clerical and stock records including equipment maintenance inventory.
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
