Attorney General Dave Sunday announced that his office worked cooperatively with online ticketing provider, EventIM, which previously sold tickets on behalf of the now closed Harrisburg Midtown Arts Center (HMAC) through the website seetickets.com, to provide consumers with refunds for tickets purchased for shows that were canceled due to the closure of HMAC.

Attorney General Dave Sunday announced that Pennsylvania is part of a $4.87 million multistate settlement with GS Labs that resolves claims regarding the company overcharging patients and failing to deliver timely COVID-19 test results.

Pennsylvanians impacted by this settlement should expect to receive information from GS Labs as to how to obtain any restitution due to them.

This case involved deeply disturbing conduct, not just because of the cruelty of the crimes but because as an officer, the defendant was supposed to protect people from those causing harm.

This sentence reminds everyone that it does not matter who you are, if you harm others, you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I am grateful for the state, local and federal collaboration that led to justice being served.
