We are proud to announce the establishment of the Cathy Szymanski Fellowship - a new honor created to recognize Kiwanians who exemplify outstanding leadership, unwavering support of the Foundation, and dedicated service to their clubs & local communities. The award's namesake is our very own Cathy Szymanski - soon-to-be Kiwanis International president-elect.

This award celebrates members who go above and beyond — the ones who show up, give generously, and inspire others to do the same.

Every Kiwanian attending the PA District Convention this weekend received a copy of the PA One Book, The Cookie Kerfuffle, courtesy of the Foundation. We hope you will take your copy of the book home and share with your clubs. We encourage you to integrate the PA One Book into your service to your communities.

🌹 The PA Kiwanis Foundation Rose Sale is here 🌹

For 23 years, the PA Kiwanis Foundation has been hosting a Rose Sale to raise important funds for the district. We hope your club will consider participating in this fundraiser this year. Every club makes $9.50 per dozen sold! Plus the Foundation benefits, as well!

There are a number of important changes this year, including our vendor and the price of roses. This year, roses will be sold for $29/dozen.

But here’s the good news: your club will continue to make the same amount per dozen as in recent years. Your club’s share is not being reduced.

We invite every club, member, and partner to contribute in one of the following ways:
🎁 Raffle donations: baskets, gift cards, or individual items (baskets valued $50–$75 encouraged)
🎟️ Silent auction items: higher-value donations, experience certificates, or artisan goods

Donations can be made by individuals, businesses, clubs, or collaborative efforts. If you can’t bring an item, gift cards of any value are a great option and always appreciated.

Congrats to our two newest Kiwanis Clubs in Pennsylvania!

Foundation secretary Emily Reed presented the Kiwanis Club of Kutztown-Brandywine Heights with a $250 new club opening grant last week, and president Brian Root did the honor at the Kiwanis Club of Beaver County's charter ceremony last night.

We remain committed to presenting these new club opening grants when a new Kiwanis Club charters in Pennsylvania.
