Guests are ALWAYS welcomed to join us. We do suggest that you arrive one (1) hour prior to the start of the meeting (6:30 pm) if you'd like to have dinner (full menu available). We meet in the community room.

The Chapter welcomes Julie Fether, archivist of the East Broad Top Foundation, who will describe the joint Foundation-Friends to catalog and conserve EBT records, dating back to the 1870s, and make them accessible on-line.

Harris Tower is OPEN on Saturday (8/8/26) from 9 to 4. Admission is free but donations are greatly appreciated.

Be sure to ask our docents about souvenirs, including Harris Tower tshirts in a range of sizes.

It's a labor of love.

For the first time in its near 100-year old history, the Chapter is having to replace major sections of the indoor plumbing. In this case, replacement of the commode and associated drains, and from the sink, on the operators level to the drain column to the basement ...and yes, it was cast iron.

Through your generous donations to the Tower, the Chapter board felt it necessary to spend these funds to ensure a safe facility for our visitors and docents (hopefully lasting a long time!).
