The Saline County Housing Authority is seeking a highly organized and dependable individual to join our team as an Assistant Project Manager.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to work well with residents and handle difficult situations professionally.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years experience in a responsible office or business role
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office 365, Word, Excel)
• Ability to manage office equipment such as copiers, printers, and scanners
• Property management or HUD inspection experience is a plus

The Saline County Housing Authority is accepting applications for a Maintenance Employee.

Applicants should have 3+ years experience in areas such as electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, or refrigeration. Candidates must be able to perform manual labor, follow written and verbal instructions, and work independently.

Position Details:
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• On-call evenings & weekends (rotation)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must pass drug & alcohol screening
