January is Human Trafficking awareness month. HEAL PA honors the important work of anti-trafficking organizations, and the many individuals who fight this abuse of human rights. Rewritten of Tioga County is one of those organizations right here in PA. We highlight the work of Ashley Wilson and thank her for relentlessly advocating to change ”The Life” experience of far too many women and children. Last night, the Office of Advocacy and Reform and HEAL PA, reached out to the League to offer support in securing trauma counseling for all players impacted by this tragic experience. Our prayers are with them and former University of Pittsburgh Panther-Damar Hamlin, we hope everyone involved gets the support they need to heal from this experience.

Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin collapsed on the field Monday night after making a tackle in the first quarter of the Bills game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
