Thanks to partners like the United Way Lebanon County our impact in the county has seen substantial growth. In 2025 we were able to serve 280 children. Our one-to-one mentoring programs can be found in 5 Lebanon County school districts and our Bigs In Blue program is well established, with 10 police officers from a variety of county Police Departments matched with Littles in school.

We’re grateful for their support and commitment to our mission in serving the young people in our community.

Yesterday our President and CEO Amy Rote presented at the Forum on Pennsylvania's Children hosted by Voce Together. Amy's session, Mentorship as Intervention: Big Brothers Big Sisters’ Trauma-Informed Approach to Youth Resilience and Success, shared how trauma-informed mentoring helps young people build resilience, stability, and brighter futures, and how cross-sector partnerships make this work possible.

The Power of Us conference was an inspiring day for professionals dedicated to supporting youth and strengthening communities.
