PSERS can calculate your retirement estimate to show the potential monthly benefit you would receive at retirement through the normal, early, vested, or disability benefit.

Staff-prepared estimates are available to all members within one year of retirement.

Letters to retirees eligible for the cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) have been placed in the mail! 🎉

If you are enrolled in paperless delivery, your letter is available now in your Member Self-Service (MSS) account confirming your eligibility. Otherwise, letters will be sent via mail.

A recent Pennsylvania Supreme Court decision clarified the eligibility requirements for the purchase of out-of-state school service with PSERS.

Active, contributing members may be eligible to purchase such service even if they previously withdrew employer contributions.
