We are saddened by the passing of Glenn Miller from Hamilton County. Glenn was a SIRP&DC Commissioner representing Hamilton County. He has served on the board for 18 years and was currently serving as 1st Vice Chairman on the Executive Committee. We will miss Glenn and his leadership. Our prayers are with his wife Karin and the rest of the family.

Congratulations to the City of Rosiclare and the Village of Carrier Mills on being awarded CDBG grants! Rosiclare was awarded $546,000 for Housing Rehabilitation and the Village of Carrier Mills was awarded $1 Million for Public Infrastructure. SIRP&DC assisted them in securing this funding. These community projects will be starting in 2026!

🎉Great news for Southern Illinois!🎉

Southeastern Illinois Regional Planning & Development Commission is proud to share that Hardin County General Hospital and Southeastern Illinois College secured Delta Regional Authority SEDAP grant awards as part of Illinois’ $3.1 million investment.

These projects will strengthen local infrastructure, expand services, and support long-term economic growth across our region.
