September 11, 2001. We remember.

Twenty-five years later, we honor the 2,977 lives lost and remember the police officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, and ordinary citizens who displayed extraordinary courage that day.

Our nation changed forever. But so did our understanding of courage, sacrifice, and service.

We remember their lives.
We honor their sacrifice.
We will never forget. 🇺🇸

As part of its ongoing community outreach, the Village of Harriman is committed to supporting students throughout the school year by conducting a school supply drive. Harriman Mayor Wayne Mitchell, Superintendent of Schools Dr. Tracy Norman and district leaders recently gathered to receive the initial delivery of supplies. 📓🎒

Proud moment for the Harriman Police Department!

At a recent Village Board meeting, Sergeant Ludewig was presented with the Excellent Police Duty award for his outstanding work on a complex multi-million dollar fraud case.

Through persistence and teamwork with partner agencies, Sergeant Ludewig helped recover funds for the victim and dismantle a major multi state scam operation resulting in the arrest of 2 subjects in Nevada.

His dedication reflects great credit on our department and the Village of Harriman.
