Dental Clinic - active-duty members with true dental emergencies call 781-879-5346 (primary) or 781-225-6324 (alternate).

Public Health and Preventative Medicine - for urgent needs call the appointment line.

Immunization Clinic – for urgent deployment needs call the appointment line.

Mental Health – for emergencies call 911 or go the nearest emergency room.

Laboratory – open to all patients to include walk-in patients. Hours of Operation: 0730-1130 & 1300-1500.

Running late to your appointment? Please make sure you check-in at least 15 prior to your scheduled appointment time; that gives our Techs time to check your chart and prevent scheduling delays.

A 5 minute delay will end up pushing all other appointments on the same day, resulting in a longer wait time for all other patients and our Providers and Techs having to skip on lunch to try to catch up.

Got a bill and not sure why? Remember:

- All TRICARE Prime beneficiaries NEED a referral before seeking out specialty care, with only a handful of specific exceptions. Only TRICARE Select beneficiaries can skip on referrals, but there will be a copay and deductible to pay.

- The provider you’re seeing MUST be in-network. It is the responsibility of the patient to make sure the specialty provider they’re being referred to is in-network prior to your visit.

- The procedure, test, or equipment MUST be covered by TRICARE. Some providers will let you know when a specific procedure, test, or equipment is not covered and will have to be paid out of pocket, but not all of them do. When in doubt, call Humana at (800) 444-5445 to verify.

- The clinic does NOT issue back-dated referrals, including for Urgent Care visits.
