Important news from the Defense Health Agency:

📢 Important Update for MHS GENESIS Patient Portal Users

If you use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to manage healthcare for your spouse or family members, you need to take action to keep your shared permission access active. The portal now uses myAuth, a new, secure log-in.

Your DS Logon permissions will not transfer automatically. You must manually update your permissions. To keep managing your family's health records, log in at https://bit.ly/4jCNlSZ, select Manage Relationships, and update your permissions.

The Hanscom Clinic will be open during the Military Stand Down Day on Friday, October 9th, 2026, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Appointments are available and can be requested by calling the appointment line at 781-225-6789.

To access our other services on Friday, October 9th, 2026:

Dental Clinic - active-duty members with true dental emergencies call 781-879-5346 (primary) or 781-225-6324 (alternate).

Public Health and Preventative Medicine - for urgent needs call the appointment line.

Immunization Clinic – for urgent deployment needs call the appointment line.

Mental Health – for emergencies call 911 or go the nearest emergency room.

Laboratory – open to all patients to include walk-in patients. Hours of Operation: 0730-1130 & 1300-1500.

The clinic is still awaiting the arrival of our influenza (flu) vaccine for the 2026-2027 season. We expect it to arrive within the next couple of weeks. Once we receive the shipment, appointment scheduling will open and we will announce it through our typical channels. Other ways to message e.g. email, Microsoft Teams, phone text messages, etc. are not authorized and will not be read and/or responded to.
